A reconstruction of almost a mile of S. Santa Fe Avenue between Vista Village Drive and Civic Center Drive, provides a pedestrian-friendly thoroughfare through the downtown core. This area, known as the Paseo Santa Fe corridor, creates a sense of place and has revitalized and beautified downtown. Now established, the street enhancements will drive other downtown uses and will benefit local businesses and the community alike. Construction took place in three phases, with the final completion in December, 2020.
