City Facility and Park Rental Information

The Recreation Division is available to assist you with renting a City of Vista facility or park, whether you're having a birthday party, a family gathering, wedding, or another type of event. All City of Vista parks are available to rent.

To secure a date at a park or facility, call 760.643.5268, or visit the Recreation Office at the Civic Center (located near the corner of Civic Center and Alta Vista Drives). Customer service hours are Monday through Fridays, 10:30 am - 5 pm. You may also email us for assistance and we will respond during customer service hours.

Catered Events

If you are having your event catered, caterers must provide a copy of their liability insurance naming the City of Vista additionally insured with an endorsement. A one day or yearly business license must also be obtained. The City of Vista does not endorse or prefer any caterer over another, all are welcome. 

No Smoking Policy

Smoking at rental facilities is prohibited.
