Building Inspection Request
To request a Building inspection with the City, please call the Building Inspection line at 760.639.6106 (24-hour), or fill out the online form below.
Please call or submit an online request before 3:30 pm to be considered for an inspection for the next business day.
Before Placing Inspection: The City needs the following information to schedule your appointment: Building Permit Number, Job/Site Address, Type of Inspection, and your contact information.
Please note, we are closed on alternate Fridays.

*You may request an AM or PM inspection. Inspectors will do their best to accommodate the time, however it may not be guaranteed.
Call 760.639.6105 the morning of your inspection between 7:30-8:00 AM to get your time frame and to provide your inspector with any special instructions (e.g. meeting place, gate code, contact number, etc.)
A time frame after 8am is not guaranteed.
