The Sewer Billing Division of the Finance Department is responsible for the annual collection of sewer service utility charges. The City uses sewer fees to pay for the maintenance of sewer mains and manholes within the city's sewer system and the Buena Sanitation District, which includes areas in the unincorporated portion of San Diego County.
