The City of Vista and the North County Transit District (NCTD) are exploring options to separate the railroad tracks from the roadway at Vista Village Drive and Main Street crossings surrounding the Vista Transit Center.
The City is proposing to evaluate alternatives to railroad crossings through grade separation (e.g., bridge or trench) and assess conditions and improvements to surrounding roadways, transit facilities, and nearby properties.
Residents, visitors, commuters, and stakeholders are encouraged to attend and participate in a discussion to help improve mobility in Downtown Vista and around the Vista Transit Center. Your input matters and will help to make our community safer.
