The Collections Division of the Finance Department is responsible for managing the process of collecting overdue payments and outstanding debts. Please see our municipal code regarding our Debt Collection Process.

The most common types of debt collection accounts are:

• Parking Citations
• Administrative Citations
• Fire Inspections and Permits
• Business License Fees
• DUI Recovery Fees
• Graffiti Restitution

All amounts referred for collection incur a collection referral fee of $15.00 and accrued interest on the unpaid balance. Some accounts may also incur other amounts such as returned check fees or court costs.

• In Person: Please visit our Cashier’s Office at the Civic Center (1st Floor).
