REPORTING A PROBLEM

To report a problem in the city of Vista, please use the online reporting system; or call the hotline number at 760.639.6177; or download the Access Vista app to report it.

PRIVATE PARTY PROPERTY OWNER GRAFFITI AUTHORIZATION FORMS

If you are a private property owner wishing to authorize the City to remove graffiti from your property, complete the forms below.

GRAFFITI
The Code Enforcement Office identifies and reports locations containing graffiti; works with property owners for the prompt removal of graffiti; and coordinates with the Vista Sheriff's Department to address graffiti vandalism. The public is encouraged to report graffiti or use the online reporting system. Graffiti is removed within 48 hours of being reported on public property. Please provide specific location (i.e. address, cross streets,) and location of graffiti (on a street sign, light pole, fence, building, sidewalk). If a private property is reported, the Code Enforcement Office will work with the property owner to remove the graffiti.
