Home bound seniors in Vista who are age 60 and over and meet qualifications for are provided a healthy meal delivered to their home.  Meals are delivered daily Monday through Friday. If needed, two frozen meals for the weekend are also delivered on Friday. 

To qualify, the participant must be incapable of doing two of the following on their own: eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking or transferring in and out of bed.

Please contact us by phone at 760.602.4681 for an initial assessment. An in-home visit will occur within two weeks of the initial assessment. Clients are visited quarterly to assess continued qualification for the program.

There is a suggested donation of $4.50 per meal.

This program is federally funded from the Older American’s Act, through Aging and Independence Service, the City of Vista and through donations.
