We welcome residents to apply for one of the City of Vista commissions helping to provide input on Recreation and Community Services programs:

• Parks and Recreation Commission
• Public Arts Commission
• Senior Citizens Affairs Commission
• Youth Advisory Commission

Recreation and Community Services provides programs and activities that relate to the
recreational ideals of the community. The Department operates many of Vista's recreation and
cultural arts attractions and facilitates the delivery of adult and youth recreation activities and
social services programs for seniors.
