The City of Vista contracts with CSA San Diego County, a non-profit organization whose primary mission is the promotion of social justice and public welfare through programs, services, and advocacy against all forms of discrimination, including advocacy for the eradication of housing discrimination to assure equal housing opportunity for all individuals.

2020/2024 San Diego Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice

The 2020/2024 San Diego Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (Analysis of Impediments) was approved by City Council on June 9, 2020.  The Analysis of Impediments is a multi-jurisdictional report that evaluates the availability of a range of housing choices for residents.  It also analyzes the conditions in the private market and public sector that may limit the range of housing choices or impede a person’s access to housing.  You can review the most recent draft of the 2020/2024 San Diego Regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice here.
