• To determine if there is a City violation for barking dogs, it may be necessary to provide the Animal Control Officer with documentation that constitutes a preponderance of evidence of dog barking that is frequent or long and continuous, causing annoyance or discomfort to persons of normal sensitivity in the vicinity.
• Maintain a log containing specific details with dates and times of barking dog incidents.
• Video Evidence:
• Provide multiple video recordings of the barking incidents (2min or longer) to support your complaint.
• Ensure the video clearly captures the barking and any relevant context.
• Additional complaints from another person residing in a separate residence may be required.
