The City is using multiple approaches and partnerships to serve those experiencing homelessness in the community and is working toward alleviating the effects of homelessness.

The City of Vista will open this new shelter for Vista and Encinitas' unsheltered on Monday, March 4, 2024. This low-barrier, 24-bedroom facility located just outside the city limits of Vista. The Center will provide housing and social services to assist residents on their paths to stability.
