MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• CA Paramedic License or National Registry
• CA Firefighter 1 Cert or Graduation from Fire Academy
• CPR, ACLS and CA Class C Driver’s License

THE VISTA FIRE DEPARTMENT

The Department is a family-oriented department with 94 sworn personnel. The Department responds to more than 16,000 calls annually providing all risk emergency mitigation (fire, medical vehicle accidents, technical rescues, and wildland fire). The Vista Fire Department is constantly improving its efficiency by updating equipment and providing up-to-date training for EMS and fire fighting crews.
