Local Fire Marshals from across North County have developed a guide for the emergency use of outdoor portable heaters in temporary structures. The document provided is guidance for Vista merchants that desire to have heated exterior spaces in tents being used to accommodate outdoor dining. These are “Guidelines” and each business is still responsible for ensuring safe operations and employee/customer safety.
